We know the market conditions, we understand our competitive landscape and we are ready and prepared to sell for the right market price. The owner wants this sold and it has already been replaced. All major maintenance has been accomplished including the engine overhauls at GE 211 hours ago, the 240 month inspection in the summer of '08 and an extensive pre-purchase inspection at MidCoast Aviation in 2009 where all bonded surfaces were addressed, all systems checked, corrosion inspections were done under the lav and the galley and the records were audited. Additionally, the transponders have been upgraded to include enhanced surveillance and all CPCP (Corrosion Prevention and Control Program) codes have been added and complied with.
The aircraft is part of a flight department with a long history of operating and maintaining Challengers and large body aircraft. They have owned this Challenger since 1993. The records are in perfect order. Each entry has any associated work orders and tags or documentation right there with them. They are in boxes labeled with inventory sheets ready to go to a prebuy and then into your operation. This is a no surprises ready to go aircraft including the cosmetics. The paint was last done in 2006 and looks great. And, even though the softgoods have not been completely redone since 1996 I promise you will be pleasantly surprised at what good condition it is in. Every person that has ever seen this aircraft came in expecting it to need an interior and left extremely impressed.
