The issuance of the Certificate of Airworthiness for the “green” Aircraft is tentatively scheduled to occur during the month of April 2010, it being understood that such timeline may be subject to change. The Aircraft shall be ready for Buyer’s inspection and acceptance at Seller’s facility in the city of Dorval, Quebec, Canada during the period from 30 days before and until to 30 days after, the 31st day of August 2010 (the “Scheduled Presentation Date” and the aforementioned 61 day period the "Presentation Period").
