A Message on Fractional Ownership from Jay Mesinger
Fractional Ownership: It is not for everyone

Several years ago when I first heard about "fractional ownership", I, like many in this industry, felt unsure of its true meaning as well as its true value. Today I have no doubt about either. Simply, fractional ownership means that rather than own, manage and bear the financial burden of an entire aircraft -- 100% of the costs and the responsibility, one can choose, on the basis of a specifically tailored mission, to own the percentage of an aircraft that fits the mission. The value of fractional ownership in certain applications is tremendous. As the fractional ownership idea has continued, it has gained acceptance not only with first time entrants into the aircraft market but also with current owners who are deciding to replace a whole aircraft with a share and with flight departments that are complimenting their existing flight departments with a share.

The greatest bit of legitimacy to fractional ownership was recently added when Warren Buffet purchased NetJets for a reported eight hundred and twenty two million dollars!

So, it is an idea that is here to stay. But is it for you? J. Mesinger Corporate Jet Sales is proud to introduce a service called "The Fractional Partnership Program", designed to take the unknown out of fractional ownership and replace it with the known.

The Fractional Partnership Program service asks hard questions about budget, costs and delivery of each available fractional product. It seeks out the best provider for the needs that we have collaborately established specific to you. This is not a formula that we have canned and will work over the phone; this evaluation will be done in person in your office. From there, we will seek out and interview a host of providers and come back with solutions.

In its infancy there were only three or four companies providing fractional ownership. Today there are dozens of providers ... and within another year there will literally be over one hundred companies providing some kind of fractional or shared ownership! Don't go it alone; our Fractional Partnership Program is user-friendly and will help take the confusion out of fractions.
