Jay
Mesinger is the CEO and Founder of J. Mesinger
Corporate Jet Sales, Inc., with 34 years of experience
in the aviation industry. Over 20 years ago, Jay founded
J. Mesinger Corporate Jet Sales, Inc. (JMCJSI) and has
developed it into a successful International aircraft
brokerage firm. Jay has also created and implemented
information and decision making tools for general
aircraft owners and operators. These tools include the
Aviation Asset Manager Portfolio (AAMP) (the industry's
leading aircraft valuation tool), and a Guide to
Acquisitions, which provides a 360? view of an aircraft
acquisition.
Additionally, Jay is a Member of the Board of the
National Business Aviation Association (NBAA), and is
the Vice Chairman of the Associate Member Advisory
Council (AMAC) a standing committee of the NBAA Board.
He is the first aircraft broker/dealer to sit on the
board of NBAA. He has served as both Chairman and Vice
Chairman of the National Aircraft Resale Association
(NARA). Jay sits on the Duncan Aviation Customer
Advisory Board, is a member of the Middle East Business
Aviation Association (MEBAA) and the European Business
Aviation Association (EBAA) and is associated with the
International Business Aviation Council (IBAC).
Jay pens The Aviation Leadership Round Table, appearing
monthly in World Aircraft Sakes Magazine. He also speaks
regularly at NBAA regional forums. Jay started the very
first aviation brokerage website over 11 years ago,
www.jetsales.com.

Sandra Mesinger,
CFO. A certified public accountant, who
brings to J. Mesinger more than 17 years
experience in public accounting and small business
consulting. Since 1993, she has been a leading force in
the Company's steady financial growth and product
development. Sandra is responsible for financial
modeling, budgeting, and human resource allocation.
She works closely with the product development team on
the Aviation
Asset Manager Portfolio.

Josh Mesinger, Vice
President. Josh works in aircraft sales and is responsible for the management and further development
of the Aviation Asset Manager Portfolio. He
identifies, develops, implements and maintains strategic
alliances with a variety of industry leading aviation
companies to expand the depth of the AAMP. Josh has a
background in marketing from George Washington
University and experience in product management for
aviation related information and marketing products and
services.

Dean Welch,
Technical Advisor. Dean
is a licensed ATP pilot with ratings in six of today's
more popular corporate jets and over 14,000 hours of
flight time. He has been responsible for the management
and operation of aviation departments since the mid
70's. He can assist clients with picking the right
aircraft for their needs, assuring them it is in perfect
shape and seeing that it is placed into an operation
that suits their requirements. His well established
relationships with organizations in our industry ensure
a client receives the best aviation has to offer.

Tim Thomas,
Technical Advisor.
Tim's experience,
knowledge and relationships help ensure that we continue
to add more to the sales and acquisition processes than
any other broker in the industry. The experience he
brings from his past with KC Aviation and Bombardier to
name a few places, includes overseeing the maintenance,
refurbishment and modernization projects worldwide for
all types of turbine aircraft including Bombardier,
Gulfstream, Dassault, Cessna and Raytheon products.
Additionally, he has been an avionics supervisor and
technician with Bombardier. Tim will also help to
accelerate our expansion into the international
markets. He has been involved in aircraft transactions
all over the world and as a result has been involved in
several first-of-type certifications in over 15
countries.

Ruth Bushard,
Account Manager. As Account Manager, Ruth is one of the client’s main contacts at J. Mesinger Corporate Jet Sales, Inc. She assists Jay and Josh in all aspects of the transaction including contact with prospects, helping to find the right aircraft or aircraft buyer, coordinating necessary paperwork, tracking inspection/maintenance progress and coordinating the closing. Ruth is also responsible for advertising and media placement for JMCJSI and she oversees the entire working operations of the office as well as interacting with clients and other aviation industry professionals.

Matthew Callaghan,
Director of IT. As director of IT, Matt
finds himself wearing many hats. His chief
responsibility is ensuring network functionality and
maintaining the integrity of many different data sources
that are accessed by JMCJSI. The administration and
design of the Jetsales.com website is an on going process. He is
extremely focused on keeping the web site up to date
technologically, as well as keeping its' content as
dynamic as possible. Matt's design skills are used
across the board. He oversees all the aspects from print
media to web design and enjoys the challenge of bringing
to life each idea that the staff may come up with.
