Jay
Mesinger, CEO/President. Jay Mesinger is the CEO
and Founder of J. Mesinger Corporate Jet Sales, Inc.,
with 38 years of experience in the aviation industry.
Jay founded J. Mesinger Corporate Jet Sales, Inc.
(JMCJSI) and has developed it into a successful
international aircraft brokerage firm. Jay has also
created and implemented information and decision making
tools for corporate aircraft owners and operators. These
tools include the Aviation Asset Manager Portfolio
(AAMP) (the industry's leading aircraft valuation tool),
and the Aircraft Acquisition Guide providing a 360˚ view
of an aircraft acquisition. Additionally, Jay is a
Member of the Board of the National Business Aviation
Association (NBAA), and the Chairman of the Associate
Member Advisory Council (AMAC). He is the first aircraft
broker to serve on the NBAA Board. Jay served on the
Duncan Aviation Customer Advisory Board for two terms
and was just invited to join the Jet Aviation Customer
Advisory Board. J. Mesinger Corporate Jet Sales, Inc. is
also a member of the European Business Aviation
Association (EBAA), the Asian Business Aviation
Association and is a member of the Colorado Airport
Business Association (CABA).
In addition, Jay
regularly speaks at industry events, contributes monthly
articles to top industry publications, and started the
very first aviation brokerage website in 1995,

Sandra Mesinger,
CFO. A certified public accountant, who
brings to J. Mesinger more than 18 years
of experience in public accounting and small business
consulting. Since 1993, she has been a leading force in
the Company's steady financial growth and product
development. Sandra is responsible for financial
modeling, budgeting, and human resource allocation.
She works closely with the product development team on
the Aviation
Asset Manager Portfolio.

Josh Mesinger, Vice
President. Josh has been in the
business since graduating from George Washington
University in Washington, DC with a degree in business
marketing in 2000. Josh, Adam and Jay collectively manage all
aircraft sales and acquisition projects. Additionally,
Josh is responsible for the management and further
development of the company's aircraft and corporate
marketing and its information resources including the
Aviation Asset Manager Portfolio and Aircraft
Acquisition Guide. He identifies, develops, implements
and maintains strategic alliances with a variety of
industry leading aviation companies. He also has
extensive experience in product management for aviation
related information and marketing products and services.

Josh Mesinger is also on the Duncan Aviation Customer

Adam
Mesinger,
Director of Business Development. Adam graduated from
NYU's TISCH School of the Arts in 2002. After
graduating, Adam worked in the entertainment
industry in Los Angeles, CA for several years. He worked in Post
Production to help produce over 100 hrs of television on
shows such as Entourage and Ghost Whisperer. He also
worked as an independent producer, developing movie
projects with various writers, creating budgets and
marketing materials and developing strategic
relationships with other producers and production
companies in the industry. This background is already
benefitting J. Mesinger Corporate Jet Sales, Inc., as
Adam applies what he learned and his expertise to our
industry.
He will be conducting bottom up reviews of our
company’s communication processes, creating a more
comprehensive outreach to our industry and prospective
clients through direct marketing and communication tools
via our corporate blog, LinkedIn network, twitter feed
and email distribution. His goal is to help J. Mesinger
Corporate Jet Sales develop more targeted and specific
information to distribute to our aviation community.
Adam will also be working to enhance our market research
and valuation information for various aircraft. With so
many people coming into this industry for the first time
we felt there may be particular interest in the
opportunity to follow Adam’s experience through his
regular blog contributions on our company’s corporate

Dean Welch,
Technical Advisor. Dean
is a licensed ATP pilot with ratings in six of today's
more popular corporate jets and over 14,000 hours of
flight time. He has been responsible for the management
and operation of aviation departments since the mid
70's. He assists JMCJSI clients with choosing the right
aircraft to meet their needs while assuring air
worthiness and seeing that the aircraft is placed into operation
that suits their requirements. His well established
relationships with organizations in the aviation industry
helps to ensure that client receive the best technical
direction aviation has to offer.
Dean has been involved with J. Mesinger Corporate Jet
Sales, Inc. since 1999.

Ruth Bushard,
Account Manager. As Account Manager, Ruth finds herself wearing many hats. She supports Jay and Josh in all aspects of the transaction from new listing through closing and she is one of the client’s main contacts at JMCJSI. She coordinates necessary paperwork, title searches, tracking inspection/maintenance progress
coordinating the closing and she sends updates to clients as to the activity level and marketing efforts of their aircraft listing. Ruth is also responsible for advertising and media placement for JMCJSI. She handles all marketing materials and advertising in
aviation publications and major aviation websites. She updates and maintains all aircraft listings on
www.jetsales.com
as well as several aviation websites and the two multiple listing services.
In addition, she oversees the entire working operations of the office as well as interacting with clients, prospects and other aviation industry professionals.
