The Mesinger Aircraft Rating System™ (MARS™), as part of the Aviation Asset Manager Portfolio, was developed by J. Mesinger Corporate Jet Sales, Inc. to aid owners and operators in their decision making process. This unique tool can also help justify capital expenditures, modifications, an aircraft sale and/or be used in routine budgeting work. The MARS™ section will help you to determine whether it is more advantageous to make continued investments in your aviation asset or to transition from it. The process begins with an evaluation of your aviation equipment, current and projected utilization, long term needs and goals. MARS™ graphically presents your specific specific information in line with key indicators of your aircraft make and model (i.e. Overhaul times, inspection times, paint and interior, and more). This allows you to easily determine the best strategy for receiving your maximum return on the investments. This is a beneficial tool for a Chief Pilot or Flight Department Manager to present aircraft expenditures to their management and for CFO's to justify the expenditures.

Over twenty - five years of aircraft brokering and consulting experience, combined with reputable resources, contribute to make MARS™ the only aircraft ratings system in the aviation industry where clients can derive immediate bottom line answers in managing their Aviation Asset.

MARS™ is designed to evaluate major cosmetic, inspection and engine work (key indicators) that may impact the value of your aviation asset. By combining our aviation knowledge and data from several leading aviation resources, we use the information we receive from you to develop a graphical representation of your window of recovery opportunity.

Using MARS™ software, developed by company founder Jay Mesinger, the information gathered produces a detailed analysis of the plane's return-on-investment possibilties.

Strategic planning can keep you from making value-less expenditures and help you plan future investments in your aviation asset. We hope MARS™, in conjunction with all the information furnished to you in the Aviation Asset Manager Portfolio, will be a strategic part of your future aviation asset planning.
